In our opinion the “team approach” is a way for inspectors to complete an inspection faster.Although very appealing to both the realtor and inspector, this process has a negative affect on the inspection. Hands down we offer the most comprehensive detail oriented report on the market. The check mark and carbon copy days are over. Technology allows us to type a customized narrative report, add digital photos, and burn the report on a cd. All completed at the time of the inspection.
